About Kinetic K9's

Dogs have been my world from as early as I can remember. I grew up showing my parents Afghan Hounds going on to study Animal Care at Sparsholt gaining my First and National Diploma in Animal Care.

I currently own 5 dogs, 4 of which are rescue dogs.  I have shown one of my dogs to Crufts level and gained his stud book number. I have also trained and competed with 2 of my dogs in agility.

My main focus with my dogs is Sled Dog events, we compete in Canicross, Bikejoring and Scootering. I have represented the UK both here and abroad and have won several podium positions in National competitions. I canicross various distances from 5K to 26 mile marathon distances.
I am a member of UCSC and the BSSF of which I am also a local representative. I am also a qualified run leader.

My decision to set up this company was inspired by my dogs, particularly my first rescue dog who needed so much more than “just a walk”, he needed to be exercised both physically and mentally, my subsequent rescue dogs have all ended up with me because of their high exercise requirements.

​

Unfortunately peoples lives change and sometimes owners who were once in a position to provide all of their dogs exercise requirements find they are no longer able to do so. Having worked full time and owning high energy dogs myself I understand how important it is to have someone you trust take care of your dogs. I have taken this one step further by offering not only dog walking in interesting places but also running and biking to optimise your dogs exercise session.
